Website Design & Development Policy
At Press-UR Ink, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality website design services tailored to your business needs. Please review the following policies regarding all website creation projects.
Project Deposits
A non-refundable deposit equal to: 50% of the total project cost is required before any design or development work begins.
The deposit secures:
project scheduling
design time
development resources
planning and consultation services
No website work will begin until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment & Website Launch
The remaining balance is due: upon project completion and BEFORE the website goes live.
This includes:
publishing the website
connecting domains
transferring ownership/access
removing development restrictions
The completed website will remain in preview or development mode until the final payment has been made in full.
Project Scope
All website packages include only the services specifically outlined in the approved estimate, invoice, or agreement.
Additional requests outside the agreed project scope may result in:
additional charges
revised timelines
separate invoices
Examples include:
additional pages
advanced functionality
e-commerce expansion
custom coding
additional revisions
extra graphic design work
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
logos
branding materials
written content
images/photos
product information
login credentials (if needed)
Delays in providing required materials may delay project completion timelines.
Revisions
Website packages include a reasonable number of revisions based on the selected package.
Excessive revisions or major redesign requests after approval may incur additional design fees.
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion timelines vary depending on:
project size
response times
content delivery
requested revisions
Press-UR Ink is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed client communication.
Hosting & Domains
Unless otherwise stated:
hosting fees
domain registration fees
third-party subscriptions
premium plugins/apps
are separate from website design pricing.
Ownership & Rights
The website becomes the client’s property only after:
full payment has been received.Press-UR Ink reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Abandoned Projects
Projects inactive for:
30 days or moredue to lack of communication or missing content may be considered abandoned.
Reactivation may require:
additional fees
updated pricing
rescheduling
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of website design services:
all deposits and completed work are non-refundable.Once design or development work has begun, refunds will not be issued for time, labor, or completed services.
Agreement
By submitting payment and approving the project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies and terms.
